Vickie is a nurse practitioner who specializes in gastroenterology care. She is driven to help improve the lives and health of others by building relationships and providing holistic care. Her practice is built on listening to her patients and meeting them where they are in their health journeys.

Before joining Capital Digestive Care, Vickie worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on pulmonary and critical care, sleep medicine, and cardiothoracic care. Most recently, she was a palliative care nurse practitioner at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in Chesapeake, Va.

When she is not working, Vickie enjoys spending time with her family. She especially loves taking family vacations to the beach or to the mountains.
