Dr. Frank Taylor Wootton III is a board-certified, fellowship-trained gastroenterologist. He treats every patient with a unique and personalized treatment plan built just for them.
Dr. Wootton earned his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College in Hampden-Sydney, Va, followed by medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Va. He completed his residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C., where he served as chief resident in his final year.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Wootton continues to train the next generation of physicians as an associate professor of clinical internal medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
