Dr. Alan Tieu is a board-certified, fellowship-trained gastroenterologist. He provides compassionate care to each of his patients, seeking to care for each of them as he would care for his own family members.
While at Johns Hopkins, he also completed a master’s degree in clinical research at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Tieu has won clinical and research awards from Johns Hopkins Hospital and has written over 40 published papers in top journals Gastroenterology AGA, Lancet, MDPI Cancers, Clinical Gastroenterology, and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Outside the office, Dr. Tieu enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, and playing competitive badminton.
