Virginia Beach Towne Center Doctors' Office (828 Healthy Way, Suite 210, Virginia Beach, VA 23462) will open at 9:30 a.m.
Norfolk Doctors' Office (885 Kempsville Road, Suite 114, Norfolk, VA 23502) will be converting all appointments to telehealth.
Suffolk Madison Building Doctors' Office (3009 Corporate Lane, Suite 220, Suffolk, VA 23434) will be closed.
Suffolk Harbour View Doctors' Office (5839 Harbour View Boulevard , Suite 200 , Suffolk, VA 23435) will be closed.

Williamsburg Doctors' Office (217 Bulifants Boulevard, Suite B, Williamsburg, VA 23188) will open at 10:00 a.m.
Chesapeake Doctors' Office (113 Gainsborough Square, Suite 202, Chesapeake, VA 23320) will be closed and converting all appointments to telehealth.
Chesapeake Endoscopy Center (113 Gainsborough Square, Suite 100, Chesapeake, VA 23320) will be closed.
The following offices are closed until Monday, Feb. 24 due to flooding.
National Harbor Doctors’ Office (125 Potomac Passage, Suite 250, National Harbor, MD 20745) will be transitioning to telehealth-only appointments.

Patient Instructions for Medical Record Requests
Capital Digestive Care has partnered with HealthMark Group to ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical record requests.
Does my office participate and how do I request my records?
If you are a patient at most of our practices, requests may be submitted electronically to HealthMark’s Request Manager at https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com. Once logged in, select “Submit Request” from the menu options and enter all required fields to provide an authorization directly to HealthMark. Your medical record request will be processed, and a notification will be sent via mail or email once complete and available for download.
Patients have two options when requesting medical records:
- You may request a copy of your medical records to be sent directly to another medical office.
- You may request a copy of your medical records be sent directly to you.
If you are a patient at one of our locations below, you will need to call the office to request your medical records over the phone:

NOTE: It is the patient’s responsibility to request outside records be sent to our office. Please contact the providing facility for instructions. All patient requests for records will be processed by HealthMark Group.
